Returns Policy
Rocks Jewellery endevours to supply its jewellery following the highest levels of inspection and service. However we do operate a simple returns:
No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings for hygenic reasons.
We offer a simple 7-day money back guarantee. If any item needs to be returned or exchanged then just notify us by post, stating the reason for return within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you with a refund after receipt of goods or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead.
When refunding the customer, postage cost on the original order is not refunded.
We recommend you send your returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Good are returned to Rocks at your own expense.
