Postage is by Royal Mail special delivery at a cost of £2.75 per delivery.
Orders over £50.00 will receive free postage
Rocks Jewellery will endevour to deliver all ordered items within 5-7 working days once full payment has been processed and cleared.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforseen factors. Rocks Jewellery shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
Goods ordered from the catalogue and website, will be sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature. The person who placed the order may not necessarily sign for it, for example when delivered to a work address, however this will constitute a completed delivery.
